Abstract

TechDebt 2024 brings together leading software engineering researchers, practitioners and educators to explore the theoretical and practical techniques for managing Technical Debt and to share experiences, challenges, and best practices to address open issues in both the industry and research and bridge the gap between them. In addition, a unique aspect of the Technical Debt community is its emphasis on using existing tools to manage Technical Debt as well as developing new ones.
