ABSTRACT
Many firms continue to have operational difficulties after implementing COVID-19 policies because of persistent worries about the virus and its variations. Due to a 45% decrease in turnover rates, the hair salon business stands out as a sector that has been badly affected. With the objective of improving safety, efficiency, and competitiveness, this study proposes a dual strategy that offers salon services both online and in clients' homes. The core of this project is the development of a web portal that facilitates the digital transformation of the salon industry. Thus, the study enhances current practices while also offering the industry a competitive edge in the Philippine e-commerce market. The study's findings are important for the business, present salon customers, and prospective academics in the future. The study presents a fresh chance to provide clients with online convenience while establishing a new channel for marketing, brand promotion, and consumer involvement. The salon sector may more successfully overcome the difficulties presented by the epidemic era by adopting digitization.
