Discussion on the Design Method of Pipeline Attachment Parameterized Library Files Based on NX

Published:03 May 2024Publication History

ABSTRACT

The paper is based on the three-dimensional design software NX2306. According to the actual requirements of pipeline engineering design, combined with the actual production of pipeline accessories by enterprises, the library file design of non-standard pipeline accessories is completed through parameterization technology. After completing the production of the library file, it can be directly called in the NX routing mechanical module, and the pipeline attachments can be selected or changed from the parameterized library file according to the pipeline design requirements. At the same time, the pipeline attachments will automatically cut and match the pipeline according to the pipeline design requirements, thus quickly completing the design of the pipeline structure. The establishment of pipeline library files is beneficial for promoting enterprise products and meeting the usage requirements of pipeline products under Industry 4.0, while improving pipeline design efficiency, reducing potential errors in design, and ensuring the correctness of design results.
