Research on Technical Scheme of Safety Management During Tension Stringing Construction

Published: 03 May 2024 Publication History

Abstract

Aiming at potential safety risks in the construction process of tension stringing, this paper proposes a technical route and realization scheme of safety management and formulates the corresponding verification method. Through investigation and analysis, this paper summarizes the typical risks, causes, and current countermeasures in the stringing process, and further puts forward the technical route to realize process safety management, including the sensing and control upgrade of traction machines and tension machines, the parametric monitoring of stringing pulleys and running boards, the wireless communication of Ad Hoc network in the construction field, and the integrated development of safety management software and hardware systems. Finally, the corresponding verification method is introduced to assist the rationality of the detection technical scheme. The proposed technical route, realization scheme, and verification method of safety management aim to improve the safety management level of the construction process through innovative research and development of technology and its application.
