ABSTRACT

In order to improve the processing efficiency and qualification rate of powder skin food, a software design method of powder skin processing system based on PLC is proposed. In this design, the programmable controller is selected as the system control core, and the powder skin processing machine is used as the main actuator; Design the workflow of the powder skin processing machine according to the traditional processing technology of powder skin, and write the corresponding powder skin processing program on this basis; Finally, the upper computer interface of the processing system is designed, and the parameters and operation monitoring of the processing system are monitored through this interface. The debugging results show that the design can control the normal and stable operation of the powder skin processing system, and the whole processing process is safe, stable, accurate and reliable, which effectively improves the processing efficiency and qualification rate of the powder skin.
