Research on fresh food traceability system based on blockchain

Published: 20 September 2024 Publication History

Abstract

In view of the obvious problems in the fresh food traceability system, such as centralized traceability information, easy tampering, and insufficient information transparency, with the help of the decentralization, non-tampering, traceability, openness and transparency of blockchain technology, a zone-based system was designed. The fresh food traceability system model of blockchain technology ensures data security in the fresh food traceability process.
