Abstract

In this study, T-FR-AISM-Weight is constructed by combining the advantages of two models, T-FR-AISM and Weight, based on the fully adversarial explanatory structural modeling method, and combined with the decision experiment method to identify the critical factors in each link of the engineering project management. The practicality and accuracy of the model are verified through comparative analysis. Meanwhile, this study enumerates a number of areas in which the model can be applied to engineering project management. The following main conclusions are drawn from the study: firstly, the extraction of critical factors by this method is more scientific; secondly, this method has a wider range of applications; finally, this method provides a new way of thinking for the extraction of critical factors in engineering project management in the future.
