Research on incentive mechanism of carbon emission reduction in high energy-consuming park based on blockchain under virtual power plant

Published: 31 July 2024 Publication History

Abstract

Under the background of dual-carbon, virtual power plant plays a positive role in exploiting flexible resources and flexible adjustment potential on the load side and ensuring the safe and stable supply of electricity. This paper studies the blockchain-based deployment framework for the carbon emission reduction management and control of enterprises in energy-consuming parks under the virtual power plant mode, and determines the carbon emission reduction domain according to the distribution and industry type of enterprises in the blockchain network. The energy declaration scheme of enterprises in energy-consuming parks and the participation scheme of carbon inclusive market are clarified, and the carbon emission reduction incentive mechanism is designed for high-energy-consuming enterprises to participate in the electricity declaration, so that high-energy-consuming enterprises can participate in the consumption of clean energy as much as possible, and the carbon emission reduction is converted into actual carbon inclusive income, and the trustworthy distribution of income is used to achieve the incentive for high-energy-consuming enterprises to reduce emissions. Finally, the energy and carbon inclusive market participation scheme of enterprises in energy-consuming parks realizes cross-chain storage and interoperability of emission reduction data of high-energy-consuming enterprises with the national grid chain and the energy carbon chain, ensuring the credibility of carbon quota measurement and supporting the trustworthy sharing of carbon emission reduction data.
