Energy Management Strategy of Pure Electric Propulsion Aircraft Affected by Altitude Temperature

Published: 31 July 2024 Publication History

Abstract

This paper focuses on the research carried out on an all-electric aircraft and the establishment of a lithium battery-only power system. In addition, it is shown that the Li-ion batteries' SOC can be reduced by optimizing the Li-ion batteries' voltage and current. The results have been simulated to show that optimizing both the voltage and current of the lithium battery will reduce the temperature effect, improve the operating efficiency and ultimately prolong the life of the battery.
