Research on Source Load Optimization Scheduling Considering Environmental Costs

Published: 31 July 2024 Publication History

Abstract

Traditional unit power generation has certain reliability, but at the same time, the environmental pollution it brings cannot be ignored. The article establishes a source-load scheduling model considering environmental costs and carbon transaction costs. First, it analyzes and models the way in which demand response participates in grid dispatching, an analysis and modeling of the environmental costs brought about by the operation of traditional generate electricity units and the carbon deal theory in the market were conducted. Then, comprehensively consider the running expense of the source test unit, the penalty expense for wind abandonment, and the scheduling cost required for load side response transfer, the environmental cost and the carbon transaction cost, and establish a source-load dispatch model conducting to minimum system outlay. Finally, through analysis of calculation examples, four scenarios were set up to compare the gas emissions and wind power consumption under different scenarios, verifying the effectiveness of the model in reducing SO2, NOX and CO2 emissions and increasing the proportion of wind power consumption.
