Design and Analysis of a Fully Automatic Tree Planting Robot Based on Photovoltaic Energy Supply

Published: 31 July 2024 Publication History

Abstract

To address the issue of environmental restoration in China and meet the demand for mechanized tree planting, a fully automatic tree planting robot based on photovoltaic power supply is designed. Based on the problems encountered during tree planting, such as multiple types of trees, difficulty in irrigation, and harsh environment at the planting site, an execution device composed of multi aperture leakage holes, air water intake mechanisms, and tracks is designed to achieve robot planting of various trees on various types of land. Design a robot consisting of six parts: a photovoltaic energy supply system, an intelligent control system, a digging mechanism, a water intake mechanism, a seedling delivery mechanism, and a soil cultivation mechanism, and complete the operation through mutual cooperation among each part. It provides an effective technical means for fully automatic mechanization of tree planting, and has good application and promotion value.
