Machine Vision Based Quality Inspection System Design for Metal Sealing Gaskets

Abstract

Metal sealing gaskets are widely used in various industrial equipment, and their sealing performance is crucial to the normal operation of the equipment. Traditional quality inspection methods mainly rely on manual visual inspection, which is inefficient and subjective. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a quality inspection system for metal sealing gaskets based on machine vision technology, which aims to improve the inspection efficiency and accuracy, and reduce the labor cost.
