Research and Evaluation of a Nursing Quality Management System to improve patient satisfaction at a general hospital

Published: 13 January 2025 Publication History

Abstract

As information technology rapidly evolves, smart hospital management has become an important direction for the upgrade and transformation of the medical industry. Nursing, as a key link in hospital services, directly affects patient satisfaction and the overall image of the hospital. This paper aims to explore the application of the nursing quality management system in smart hospitals and its role in improving nursing quality and efficiency. By using methods such as two-factor variance analysis, we compare the changes before and after the introduction of the nursing quality management system with traditional nursing management models. We analyze its positive impacts on nurse workload, patient satisfaction, and medical accident rates, and propose suggestions for future system optimization.
