Transitioning to teaching online: factors that can help or hinder the process

ABSTRACT

This paper consists of an inquiry into the factors that help and hinder experienced instructors in transitioning to teaching online. These factors include intrinsic personality characteristics, job support and training to acquire online teaching skills.
