Abstract
Motion video in the computation environment is a major step in the evolution of expressive and effective computer systems. However, video is a difficult medium to integrate into a professional workstation or a personal computer. This true from the base video mixing architecture to the functional design of the user interface.

A hybrid approach for simulating human motion in constrained environments
CASA' 2010 Special IssueWe present a new algorithm to generate plausible motions for high-DOF human-like articulated figures in constrained environments with multiple obstacles. Our approach is general and makes no assumptions about the articulated model or the environment. ...
Image Motion Estimation From Motion Smear-A New Computational Model
Motion smear is an important visual cue for motion perception by the human vision system (HVS). However, in image analysis research, exploiting motion smear has been largely ignored. Rather, motion smear is usually considered as a degradation of images ...
Using motion capture for interactive motion editing
VRCAI '14: Proceedings of the 13th ACM SIGGRAPH International Conference on Virtual-Reality Continuum and its Applications in IndustryMotion capture technology has been widely used for creating character motions. Motion editing is usually also required to adjust captured motions. Because character poses which include joint rotations, body positions, and orientations are high-...
