ABSTRACT
This past Spring, Syracuse University Academic Computing Services (SUACS) had all staff members spend time working with our users at the AID Desk. The staff has progressed from a initial reluctance to an enthusiastic environment with enhanced communications, new ideas, and new learning experiences.
The paper discusses the beginnings of our experiment, the reactions of the participants, and some of the resulting ideas.
