Abilities for ADP occupations: Assessment of high and low education job applicants

Published:01 January 1965Publication History

ABSTRACT

As the title of my presentation implies, I will focus on assessment techniques to be employed in appraising individual potential for success in automatic data processing occupations. Also implied is that the level of education of the job applicant should be a factor in determining the appropriate instrument for aptitude appraisal. Most of the research and related experiences which I will describe are directly allied to national manpower programs of the United States Department of Labor.
