ABSTRACT
This paper reports the results of the study on the subscriber signaling system in the data switching network. Requirements for the subscriber line signaling and, the advantages in realizing the requirements with three level signaling system are discussed. In this system, signals are defined by three logical states of the subscriber line, i.e. +, −' and N. This system is applicable to both start-stop and synchronous terminals. A DTE-DCE interface suitable for the system is also described.

Wireless Internet access of the visited mobile ISP subscriber on GPRS/UMTS network
In this paper we illustrate how the visiting mobile ISP subscriber can access the home ISP via Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN) on the GPRS/UMTS network. We show the wireless Internet access model for the visiting ISP subscriber using dynamic IP in the ...
Modeling of Cellular Network Subscriber Mobility
AICT '09: Proceedings of the 2009 Fifth Advanced International Conference on TelecommunicationsIn this work, we have studied the behavior and mobility of a cellular network subscriber who belong to a determined class such as (personal employee, student, retired and others) between different areas. Our contribution in this work is a proposition of ...
PHS roaming signaling protocol architecture toward global mobility network
The network for supporting the global personal communication is called the global mobility network (GLOMONET), where global mobility is guaranteed by coordination between intelligent networks (INs). This paper describes the implementation of a roaming ...
