Towards a dynamic (FORTRAN) programming system

Abstract

A major deficiency of programming languages, when compared to natural languages, is the inability of programming languages to adapt to improved means of communicating thoughts. A means of alleviating this difficulty in a FORTRAN environment, is presented.
